The founder story
Before TraceMatrx, our founder Steve Robinson spent years in business performance consulting, helping companies make sense of their data and operations. But theory only goes so far — so he put it to the test.
Steve personally launched an independent wellness company, MonmouthFlow Yoga + Wellness, after exiting a franchise structure. Rather than treating that as a one-time leap of faith, he built the entire business around AI-connected systems — connecting his CRM and POS data into a real-time operating picture, automating lead response, and using insights to drive day-to-day decisions instead of guesswork.
That hands-on build is now the foundation of TraceMatrx: the same systems, strategy, and tools that run MonmouthFlow today are what we bring to every client.
